Megan Stell-Williams began her cosmetology journey in 2016 at the prestigious Paul Mitchell Schools before joining GLAM Beauty Boutique in 2018 as front desk support while apprenticing under owner and Master Stylist Shaun Thomas. From the very beginning, Megan’s passion for education, artistry, and guest experience set her apart.
After nearly five years with GLAM, Megan expanded her career by earning her cosmetology instructor license and teaching at the Aveda Institute, where she helped shape the next generation of beauty professionals. She later transitioned into salon management with Ulta Beauty before ultimately returning home to the salon family where her career first flourished.
